Video: Navigating my school or kura

We asked secondary school students whom they ask if they need any information or support at school.

Transcript: Navigating my school or kura

[Student 1]

I think my questions with NCEA tend to be around the assessment that we’re doing. So if I don’t understand something I will go to my teacher.

[Student 2]

I usually go to my English teacher and if not her, I’ll probably go to the dean.

[Student 3]

I wasn’t that confident in myself but after talking to my teachers and asking for help, I started to find it not as challenging as before.
